Change Management

Changes to scope and deliverables are inevitable in any project. If testing is to be effective, it is vital that changes are notified to the testing team and the scripts amended to accommodate them.
Junction70 recognises that implementing a new change management process is so much more than the process itself. It needs organisational change. If people are to take ownership, they need to be actively involved in its definition, communication, training and initial support whilst the process becomes embedded as part of the day-to-day activities.

Risk and Issue Management

Many risks are only relevant within a particular timeframe but how often are risks and issues logged and either never looked at again or updated with 'ongoing'?! Does the person to whom the risk or issue is escalated actually know what action they are expected to take?

Test Project Support Office

Our vision for the Test Project Support Office is that if the information is not going to be used then we will not be asking for it! How many reports have you written and wondered who is actually going to read it?
